I'm not much for a schedule, no. I do PLAN however. I always have stuff in the freezer for "go to" meals, and know which fast food places have things I can eat. If I adhere too rigidly to a schedule I get kind of a panicky feeling, like -- what happens if I vere off??? will something bad happen?? will I ruin everything? So instead I plan for NO schedule or routine LOL so that when 'life' happens, i'm not caught unawares, i have food to eat, i have a plan always
