I would like to weigh in here as well. Is this ok? Do you guys weigh in a certain day or just on your own and post it here?

Hi sassyangies -

this thread is for anyone who wants to keep track of their weight on a weekly basis, separate from any challenges or other places you might post it. If you are a weekly weigher or just want to pick one day per week to count as your "official" weight for the week, any day of the week is fine!

Hi, all. Hope everyone is having a good week. I'm only going to WI on the first Wednesday of the month for a while and see how it goes, but you can't get rid of me! I'll check back to see how everyone does later in the week.

Well, today is officially my first weigh in. Not quite a week, but I want to weigh in every thursday. Sad to say I'm exactly the same weight. Not too bad of a thing because I didn't gain, but I want to loose. I allready know the mistakes I made and I am planning on doing better this week.

I'm not sure when everyones weigh in day is except for Lin, but I'll keep checking back to see where everyone's at. Hope everyone has a great day!!

After my unexplained gain last week up to 209.6, I was down 3 lbs for this week to 206.6. Still working my way back to my ticker weight. I'm hoping to see some additional progress and get to start moving my ticker again by next week's WI!!

Welcome everyone. I am a Tuesday weigh in and introspection. I am still battling a mental block after a gall bladder surger and vacation 3 weeks ago, I just can't seem to get back on plan. Yesterday was my first 24 hours success. I am going to do my best to make this a successful week.

I had my second weigh in today and I am happy to say I lost 5 pounds this week. I'm super excited because my efforts are paying off. Yay!! And I have not been feeling deprived and Im still having my coffee. So I'm super excited.

Congrats on the excersise! That's a hard thing for me too. I just don't want to do it ya know. Having a new baby is hard so it's good that your even trying and you'll get back on track. Your on your way! Also I definetely here ya on the heel spurs. I've had them for years, plus tendonitis in both my ankles and it hurts. It's good you have a coach maybe he can tell you some good stretches to do before and after you run. Good luck!

and hang in there dewittmba - I had a gain of 3.6 lbs two weeks ago, but I expect to finally be below my low weight prior to that, and get to change my ticker again! And in my case, I don't even know why I had the gain - I gained about 2.5 lbs even while being 100% on plan and then I did have a tiny cheat (2 funsize bags of M&Ms) but that wouldn't cause that much of a gain. I am betting it was TOM related for me, and with a new baby, you've got all kinds of hormonal stuff going on.

I just saw this and I would love to do a weekly weigh-in thread! I can't do daily weighing it drives me crazy. I gained a little, so I've been weighing random days. I was 273.4 on Monday and I checked this morning and I'm down to 271.2! Hopefully Monday will see me in the 260s!

Dewittmba - Congrats on the baby and on getting right into the swing of things afterward. I struggle with plantar fasciitis at times. One thing that really helps is rolling my foot on a golf ball for a couple minutes several times a day. And really stretching it by putting a strap around the ball of my foot while sitting with my leg out and pulling back on the strap like I'm trying to make the top of my foot fold back to my ankle. Maybe this will help.

I did weigh in this week even though I'm only going to weigh once a month now, and I was 161.6. I was 162 when I decided to maintain, so this is good.

Cathi - hang in there. Getting back on your feet after surgery takes a while. Glad you're doing OK.

April - those 2 bags of fun size m&m's didn't cause your gain! You know that. It was just real life butting in where we don't expect it. You'll be back down very soon.

Welcome, Chloe. Daily weighing makes me nervous. I do stick to a set day to have my official weigh in. It has always been Wednesday, and now it will be the first Wednesday of the month. You'll like it in here.

oh, I know, most of the gain came before I even ate them anyway! lol!

But I stayed on track and TOM *finally* showed up this week so I got my whoosh and I should be posting a good number for the week when I do my WI on Sunday.
