Default Just thought I'd say hi.....
I haven't posted here since November(I think), so I thought I sould pop in and say hi to you all.

We are doing not too bad here. No I haven't lost any weight yet but then I haven't really been trying either. My husband and I want to start trying to change our lifestyle of eating and exercise too.

Katy is doing great in school and such. She also had a great Christmas.

Christian is doing great lately too....my last post I said how much better Christian is walking. Well now he is starting to get a little faster too. He is also now going up and down the stairs all by himself. Still no change on the oral feeding though(still taking his nutrition all by feeding tube). He too also had a great Christmas.

Anyhow I hope this message finds you all in good spirits and doing well.

Hey, great to hear from you and that Christian and Katy are doing well. You're on the right track if you and hubby concentrate on eating healthy and exercising. Each little change will go a long way and be good for the kids too.

Hope 2003 is good to you.
