- wonderful long talk with Mike yesterday. He wrote an plan of action at the bank and ended up getting the branch some new accounts. He got a thank you from the regional manager and a gift card for a dinner out with Meg. He's feelin' good.

- I started choking yesterday and was able to 'pop it out' by coughing and giving myself the Hiemlech manuvear to myself on a chair. I am lucky. They would have found me dead in a puddle of pee (from coughing so hard). LOL
