I was *this* close to blowing my food points last night, but I didn't. I ate a couple of WW Points more than usual, but I was still well within my range & I fought off my boredom cravings.
still struggling with food... it was a feast yesterday. Never thought of it - but I am a stress eater. Oh, and PMS too. what kind of action plan do you guys put together for this?
well give me 4 points for the 26, 27, and 28th. I haven't posted because I have been super busy with work and school (and being sick) but I have remained totally on program the whole time. I am super proud of my self!
As far as stress eating...my shrink and I talked about this. Next time stress or any emotions triggers cravings, he wants me to sit with the emotion for 10 minutes, see how the emotion feels. If after 10 minutes I still need the food, eat it. But he hopes that I might find that the world didn't end because I FELT an emotion.
I will count the whole month, starting this month.
