HI Elaine and welcome aboard the board!!! I give 3FC so much credit for helping me along. Days when you just don't feel you're able to go on, come to 3FC for some affirmation and hugs; Days when you don't FEEL like going on, come to 3FC for a gentle kick in the bum
But be sure to come by as often as you can ~ it sounds trite, but just coming here every day kind of "reminded" me what I was doing, that I was trying to get healthy and to make it a good day. It really helps!!
