Trazey - I LOVE yours!

~I climbed a mountain.
~We do these stretches in my weight lifting class that look like you are proposing to someone when you do it, I can now change which leg I am kneeling on without using my hands to balance myself.
~I'm no longer nervous about why someone is looking at me (they're checking out the hot chick, duh! )
~I am confident enough to go take fitness classes and do other fitness oriented things off of the base - away from my normal gym/comfort zone.
~When I go to the sporting goods store they don't ignore me and talk only to my hubby anymore.

I can get on the ground and get up easier
I can go for walks and it doesn't hurt until about mile 2.5 out of 3.
I don't get winded as easily
I feel lighter on my feet
I can bend down to play with the cat comfortably
Tying my shoes isn't an ordeal
I've gone from a 24-26 to an 18
I've gone from a 44H to a 40 DDD

I bought jeans at the Gap the other day. It's the biggest size they sell (20), but I can shop at the Gap now!

Seeing as i haven't had any scale victories yet anyway, i like this post!

*I can do PUSHUPS! Yes, the modified ones..but just a couple of weeks ago i couldn't even do one properly. I can also handle more plank positions.
*Putting socks on, moisturizing my feet, basically anything where i have to bend forward and put my foot across my thigh is getting easier!
*I have confidence in myself from sticking with my workouts..and that i actually go to the gym more than i workout at home. That's HUGE for me seeing as a lot of my social anxiety centers around thinking everyone is looking at me thinking "look at the fat girl." Don't get me wrong..i still have my days when i'm walking past the skinny, fit chicks at the gym..but hey i'm there too and i'm working my *** off too!

A few articles of clothing (a blazer, pair of jeans, scrub pants) fit much nicer now. Makes me feel so much more confident in them

I thought our fairly new mattress had a broken spring. Turns out it's just that there's a lot less padding on my hip bones.

Today I tried on an old pair of size 16 jeans that still had tags -- and they fit! I fully expected them to be a bit tight but they fit perfectly! Those jeans are the smallest pants I have left so now I have an excuse to go shopping. Woohoo!

I have taken my bra from the last clasp (which was way too snug) to the very smallest clasp which is too loose. It will be another week or two until I can wear it (due to weaning) but I went an got measured for a bra and they said I needed a 38! Girls have gone from a D to an E though.

I also have less back fat bulge around the band of my bra which is making my shirts look much more flattering.

That must have been great! I recently did that at the spa. I requested the massage therapist I saw a year ago and when she came up I insisted they must have made a mistake. She laughed.

I can't wait to be on the otherside of that exchange!

4 days into the 30 Day Shred my squats are already lower and I've gone from using no weights to using 2lb weights. Not as much as some, but better than it was!

I been going to the gym for about 2 weeks. After I walk about 30 min. on the treadmill I work on the machines, then I do the eliptical machine. The first day I barely got to 1 min. on the eliptical, but today I did 9 min.. Its not much I know but it made me feel like I was making progress!
