Default Nike training App for Ipod/Iphone

I downloaded this the other day, but havent given it a go yet.

I'm wondering if anyone has tried it out at all?

It has what looks like some pretty decent workouts from 20-45 minutes and even 15 minute work outs for srms, back, legs etc . . . . thinking it could be something good to do in the mornings just to wake the body up

How weird - i was JUST going to post about fun/useful Apps!!! I have one that reminds me to get up off my a$$ every 20 minutes at work, and one for drinking water (i don't need it but the rainfall sound is fun LOL). I also have iPump for a fun stretching vid at my desk so i don't get stiff -- basically, i'm trying to MOVE a lot more at work. That dings and i get up and run up the stairs and over the other side of the building and back, takes 3 minutes and i do it about 12 times a day (i take the mail over one piece at a time LOL).

Any other fun apps???
