Interesting. Yes, my calories were up yesterday but not hugely so, so it must be the content of what I ate. It'll be interesting to see if this kind of roll back leads to another swoosh off - or whether, in the end, I'm going to be better sticking to the same WOE 7/7, not 6/7. 1/7 off was the plan, by the way, yesterday wasn't a lapse or binge or accident. Onwards.

I didn't. I ate quinoa and veggies.
Then I tried making quinoa and garbanzo flour loaf. eck. ew. into the dog food bin with that.
Then I tried to give my old lady dog a tablet and shed didn't bite me in the sense of snapping but she did close her teeth on me, and it hurt. so I swatted her and I know I shouldn't but hey, demented or not, biting mommy is not an option. Then I stormed into the kitchen, where one of the other dogs got such a fright that he stood there and peed on his bedding. Fortunately, he's quicker than me and got out the back before I got to him. This aged/dying dog thing is SO stressful. I can't say she looks unhappy, she's still eating and peeing and the other but it's not the life it used to be for her, and my stress levels are rising daily. The moreso because I know some would say put her to sleep - but how could I, just because she's hard work?
and breathe.

Rosinante her is a . on resisting the sandwich. Just because other people say she should be put to sleep, doesn't mean that you have to.
It's your choice. So just enjoy your dog.

You're doing so well saying no to yourself. Just keep trying, the scale will take care of itself
