Default Room for one more??
A confession- I have been lurking in the shadows of this forum for about 12 pounds now

I began this journey almost 3 weeks ago and I have lost 12 pounds so far, and hope to turn that into 100 pounds by the time I turn 30 ( Spring 2012 ). All of you are doing such an amazing job and are so supportive, I am really excited to have found this website and support group in particular.

Take care all! I am headed to Day 2 of the gym. Wish me luck!

Welcome! Congrats on your success so far.

I had a backwards slide myself and am recommitting today. I'm sure from your lurking you've already seen what a great place this is for support. If you feel yourself slipping, don't do what I did, which was stop coming here. Make sure you look for support and inspiration here, you will definitely find it.

Good luck with the rest of your journey.
