I weigh in "officially" on Wednesdays at my WW meetings, but i weight myself a couple days in between. I'm not really awake enough in the mornings to focus on a weigh in, so its whenever I think about it.

I like that it doesn't set the "tone" for the day because it isn't daily, but I'm also able to track how my week is going. Plus, if my WW weight is high, I can tell if it a normal blip or the general trend of the week

I have gained and lost more weight than I care to figure out.....Size 6 to 18W with MANY ups and downs. I am hoping and praying 3FC will help me make this the final loss. I weigh myself every two or three weeks. When I was at my smallest, I weighted myself every day, then stopped whenever I started to gain. I tried Weight Watchers, and I loved the plan, but HATED the weigh-in and had to stop. I was becoming obsessed with it. If I lost one-tenth of a pound I was happy. If I gained one-tenth of a pound, I was devestated and could not wait to leave to go get junk food and drinks.

yay I love having a TWIN!!! let's try and fool mom later !

I weight weekly and love it. I too would become super obsessed with the number everyday and would let it set my mood as well. I know how my body feels regardless of is the number is down or up. I really have been trying to focus less on the number and more on how I feel. I haven't weighed in since 02/02/11 and will wait until 03/02 to weigh. I am super anxious to see how I have done especially since just recently I have gone gluten free because of health problems.

I do a daily weigh-in. I feel that the only way to really understand your bodies fluctuations is to do it every day, but focus on trends.

Hi Everyone-- I officially weigh in at WW once a week & might weigh myself once during that week. I too prefer the weekly weigh in and even though I know we fluctuate each day & during the day, I find that I am more tempted to go off program if I've gone up.. I know it's a mind thing. So I guess we each have to do what works for us individually, eh? Love 32FC! Found so much support & new friends here. Let's keep on keeping on! TTYL
