
Hi Everyone-- I officially weigh in at WW once a week & might weigh myself once during that week. I too prefer the weekly weigh in and even though I know we fluctuate each day & during the day, I find that I am more tempted to go off program if I've gone up.. I know it's a mind thing. So I guess we each have to do what works for us individually, eh? Love 32FC! Found so much support & new friends here.
