I was stuck at 168 for the longest time. I then stopped working out and pretty much lived off of peanut butter and jam sandwiches as well as pasta for two months and dropped 10 pounds bringing me down to 158. Maybe it was the complete change in diet, and the stopping of the excersising. So I figured once I got back into working out it'd be easier to drop my weight again...except after the holiday I gained up to 164 and I was stuck there for weeks until the end of Jan I went back down to 159. So Maybe continue to change it up...what you did in Jan do something different for feb and so on that way every month you change something up. I don't know maybe it's the fact I change things around? The first week of Jan I worked out 5 days, went down to 3, two and then back up to 4 on the last week.
