ParadiseFalls - I like it a lot, but it's hard. When you decide to do it, be prepared to be sore the entire first week and part of the second. There are things that I can't do (or as the trainer says, there are things I "presently struggle with"), but the program is good about showing you modified versions and giving you options. I have been trying to embrace the program's mantra: "Do your best and forget the rest." Honestly, I love it, but it's not easy. You need to be able to dedicate about an hour and fifteen minutes every day, and if you fall off the wagon, it's **** getting back on.
Diana - Nice loss!
Bulletproof Heart - I'm sure you'll see a loss tomorrow to make up for keeping the status quo today.
I wasn't going to include this, but I'll just start cheating all the time if I don't have a little accountability. I had cake last night, and I didn't even look to see how many calories were in it. I didn't really like it, but I ate it anyway. Starting tomorrow (since I will be out of the fancy bread that I bought), I will be moving on to a low(er) carb diet. Let's see how that goes with calorie counting.
I usually weight myself daily even though I only record it on Fridays. Most days I hate the scale but maybe this will change that.

Diana, Congrats!
I'm always amazed at how well you keep yourself within a tight calorie count. I can easily range between 1200-1600 and you seem to keep it pretty much around 1400 plus your coffee! You always have a great loss and I know it's not just calorie cutting alone so tell me what do you do for exercise/cardio that we don't hear about? :-)

Twinmommaplusone Hi Thank you. My workout rotation is centered around Turbo Fire. I do other workouts, too, but the main focus is TF. My daily cardio is between 30 minutes to 1 hour. If I do toning/sculpting it's closer to 30 minutes. I do better with longer cardio.
Height: 5'6 ... I'm shrinking vertically when I'd rather shrink horizontally.
Okay. I'll play.
It's worth mentioning that I usually have one cheat meal a week - it usually falls on my WI day or the following day.

Awesome, I have not heard of TF, but it's so working for you!! Is it a cardio/muscle routine type exercise or just cardio! how many days a week do you cardio?
Thanks for amusing my curiousity!
I think I did pretty well at the buffet tonight, I drank a tonne of water during dinner went for a 15 minute brisk walk with DS and the dog when we got back, and I'm having a big big cup of tea now. I'll hope for the same number as today and if I lose anything I will be ecstatic. I wanted to try to get moving more this week and I've made some baby steps -- 22 minutes on the treadmill one night; took the stairs at work one day; and the 15 minute walk tonight, plus housecleaning today. I know it's not alot but I've been very sedentary since my surgery, so it's a start.
Diana -- TTOM is changing for me as well...I seem to waver back and forth...if one cycle is lighter the next one tends to be heavier, but in general I do find them shorter in duration than they used to be.
Congratulations Twin Momma! You look absolutely fantastic and should be very proud of yourself
