back from hiding and rebounding heading down again. currently at 277.8. 2.8 pounds to go to be honest on my ticker again.

Hey ladies! This thread is getting tinier each day...we're all doing so well! I am *supposed* to weigh in on Mondays, but of course I took a peek today and I am 273. Getting soooo close I can almost taste it. First 10 lbs means I am halfway to my first minigoal.

you can do it!!! i did! that was my hardest getting out of the 270s but i did it and now im in the 250 and feeling good ! wish you the best of luck !!!

hi everyone.
once again it's the night before weigh in, and i have made too many poor choices AGAIN!
i am going to do some serious revamping tomorrow after i weigh in.
i NEED to get this going in the right direction.
i always turn little slips into reasons to full on crash!
i know i will be back full swing if i can get a full on plan week behind me.

i hope everyone is doing well.

OOPS - it IS NOT the night before weigh in.
all day i have been thinking it's friday.
but still - crappy week.

I'm still hanging out in the 270's. 274 at WI today. Slow and steady can be awfully frustrating but at least I'm moving in the right direction.

I am also trying to get out of the 270's. Well to be honest I just got here but anxious to be out. LOL. Just to let you know we just changed the 280's and 290's to WORKING FOR ONDERLAND.... Hop over and check it out. There are a bunch of really supportive chicks over there and we decided we wanted to try and stick together. HAVE A GREAT ONE

still here.
was 278 last saturday.
i am sick and tired of not being where i want to be.
so this week has been going pretty well.
i have been tracking all week, which is something i hadn't been doing, even on days i ate well.
i got slack with the tracking.
so i am forcing myself to track and it seems to be helping.
it also helps to see people that were in the 270s with me, now in the 250s.
that's motivation.

hope everyone is doing well.
