So Close!!!!

  • This morning, I weighed in at my lowest weight in many, many years.

    206.8

I am so close to that first number changing and it's so exciting! But I feel like I am stuck in these last 10 lbs before getting there.

Give me some motivation or tips or anything to get through this stand still!
  • Ahhh that is very exciting!! Be sure and let us know when you hit 199!! If you don't mind sharing, what was your starting weight?
  • Keep up the good work! If you're stuck at a standstill, maybe try mixing things up? Your diet, your exercise, whatever, that might help. Good luck!

    I started at 254.4.

It's been a long, long process though, because I'll go for a month and be good, and then will travel a ton for work and give up on it for a while.

I'm now trying to really buckle down again.
  • good job! I've seen alot of people say that a (moderate, dont go crazy) holiday on the diet can jump start a loss that has stalled
  • Yay! You have done a great job! Just keep doing what you have been doing and you will one day (soon) step on that scale and see a 1 in front of your weight. It's very exciting!
Congratulations on all the hard work- you should be so proud

    You've come so far! Congrats!!

I don't have any great advice because I'm still figuring out what works myself, just take it one pound at a time and you'll get there!
  • You are doing great! Don't give up. It WILL come off.
  • FOR ME - when I got to around 206 I became desperate to see that 1 infront of the number. I tightened my belt, cut out the salty foods, ate tons of asparagus, and the week I hit 198 I lost 6lbs !!!! I have continued to lose steady and didn't bounce. I also really pushed loads of water - it was an awesome feeling. You have done wonderfully well- just keep doing what your'e doing and you will definitely get there.
