282.6 this morning. I had the flu this past weekend, so I'm sure that had something to do with matters, but as a result I have no "taste" for anything greasy or sweet. I'm hoping to be at 279 or lower by next Thursday morning.

Sorry to hear you've had the flu - that is not fun at all! But I suppose if you have to suffer anyway, it is good that you at least aren't tempted right now. Silver lining and whatnot.
As for your latest weigh-in, it sounds like if I want keep hanging out with you on here, I'll have to get below 280 soon, because I don't think you're going to be on this thread much longer!

ended my week on a bump up wards to 282.4 (loss of 2.4 for the week)
if i have another 2.4 loss this coming week, i will be out of the 280s!
