WI was down .2 at 247.8 this morning...slowly, but surely, I'm still moving down. Also, I forgot to compare on my Wii scale before I ate breakfast this morning, so I'll have to try to remember to check that tomorrow. Still curious.
Anyway, how are you guys doing today?

247.8 today. Making progress, although we will see if it holds because I haven't had much to eat since yesterday afternoon. Sick kids are a good diet apparently.
My WI this morning ended up settling on 246.8, which is -1.0 down, but I'm not sure. Still having struggles with my scale. Also, I finally did do a comparison weigh with my Wii scale this morning, Tori. I made a post about it on the daily weigh-in thread, so I hope you guys don't mind if I just quote that section for reference instead of typing it all again.

I tried several different times, and it kept coming up with that, so I will take that one...haha. That will mean a 1 lb loss for the day.
But, then...(sorry for the long story here, lol)...I remembered this morning that I was talking on another thread about trying my Wii scale in comparison to my regular one because it has been so extremely glitchy lately, and it ended up coming up with a smidge below 243.0...what the heck!? Do any of you have such huge differences between traditional scales and the Wii one? Obviously, I like the Wii reading better, but I'm going to stick with the regular scale for the sake of consistency. That being said, however, I am probably going to go out and get a new scale sometime this week. I keep talking about it, but this has been the straw on the metaphorical camel's back. If I'm going to be doing these daily weighing projects, I need some dependable accuracy.
Anyone else notice this? Anyway, congrats to everyone's losses yesterday! Oh, and it seems my body is the same way as well lately, Sperrin...maybe .8s are the in thing this week, lol.

Hmm, my scale actually weighs me lower most of the time. But the Wii is about 2.5 pounds off from my dr's office, which accounting for winter clothes and shoes seems about right. Even if it is a little low, at least it is consistent, still may have to get a new scale though.
I got a 239.8 this morning. We will see if it sticks tomorrow.
I am starting to notice a difference in my jeans now. Unfortunately they are super baggy in the butt and legs but fit the waist. I tried the next size down and they fit but are little more snug in the waist than I like. Ever since I have been PG with my kids I can't stand my pants to feel tight around my stomach at all.
Anyhow, hoping to see the 230's again in the morning but doubtful as I had waaay too much sodium today. Darn soup
Wow, sperrin, you are flying through these threads. It may not stick tomorrow, but it sure won't be long until you leave the 240's for good. I feel you on the sodium, it is the devil of dieting (well, right up there with chocolate for me.)
I knew it was too good to be true. 240.6 this morning.
I am definitely chugging the H20 this weekend and avoiding the salt as much as possible. It doesn't help that I have been craving Panera's french onion soup like crazy lately.
Tori- I have a chocolate abuse problem too. LOL! It is better if I just avoid it all together. Once I start, I can't stop.
I am back up 0.8 this morning to 247.6. I think it was from eating too few calories yesterday (only ended up getting in about 1000), as well as working out and being a little short on my water. Definitely going to drink more water today and see what happens tomorrow!
I had no idea how much my weight stalled when I ate under calories - as much as overeating - until I came to 3FC and starting keeping track of everything. I'm still struggling to find that perfect range for my body to lose weight without sputtering out and getting stuck. The Daily Plate tracker has my calorie limit set right around 1300, but I think I may try upping my limit to 1400 to see what happens.
Good morning, ladies (and any gents)! I'm a new member of the 240's - 249.1 as of this AM! I can't believe I finally weigh less than the weight on my drivers license which was already a good 75lbs less than what I actually was at the time.
