You all had some good ideas! I went shopping and bought some calorie free flavored water, maybe that will get me started! I'm going back to the doctor tomorrow (it's been a week) for a re-check and I'm going to see if I lost any weight. They also have a weight loss program I'm going to look into. I feel pretty good so far, not starving. I'm looking foward to having more energy, which I never seem to have enough of!
Anyway, I've tried the space heater idea, but I have 14 foot high ceilings and it just doesn't heat well. I'll survive! I think I read somewhere if it's cold out you burn more calories!!! Hope that works for me! I also started a journal, maybe keeping track of everything will help. Well, talk to you all tomorrow!....Valerie
