I didn't help the cause much last year but I'll try again for 2011. My blood chemistry is SO BAD, I've got to "get my head in the game" as my boss says. I'll set a goal of 40 lbs lost this time.

I'm so ready! My real goal, the one i'm eating and working out toward, is 100 lbs in 2011, but my "practical" and "realistic" and "barely acceptable" goal is 52lbs in 2011.

This is a great idea! If I lost 5 pounds a month, that would be 60 pounds total. Hmmmm... my goal is ONEderland by 12/31/11.
