I plan on reaching my Goal Weight of 132 this Year!

January 1st (starting weight): 237.8
February 1st - 229.6
March 1st - 223
April 1st - 223.6
May 1st - 223.6
June 1st - 227.8 Headed in the Wrong Direction! Need to get out of the 220's!
July 1st - 230.8 I was Out of Town so didn't weigh in until today 7/5.
August 1st - 232.6
September 1st - 235.2
October 1st - 237.8 I'm back to my SW in January! Weighed in on 10/2.
November 1st - 242.4
December 1st - 243.2
December 31st - 247.4
TOTAL FOR THE YEAR! - I GAINED + 9.6 LBS.

I'm in again this year. Hoping to reach my goal weight by the end of this year. I've have some struggles throughout 2010, but have made huge progress.

Lost a total of 50 pounds in 2010. Should be 55, bit gained 5 back over the holidays.

January 1st (starting weight): 220
February 1st - 210.5 (-9.5; total -9.5)
March 1st - 205 (-5.5; total -15)
April 1st - 199.5 (-5.5; total -20.5)
May 1st - 193.5 (-6.0; total - 26.5)
June 1st - 187.0 (-6.5; total - 33.0)
July 1st - 187.0 (0; total - 33.0)
August 1st - 190 (+3; total 30.0)
September 1st - 190 (+/- 0; total 30)

My goal is to reach a healthy BMI this year. In 2010 I lost about 2/3rds of the weight I needed to but the pounds are coming off slower now. But I know I can do it!

January 1st, 2010: 285

January 1st, 2011 - 195.4
February 1st - 193.2
March 1st - 188.6
April 1st - 187.0
May 1st - 186.4
June 1st - i didn't weigh in this month
July 1st - 189.2
August 1st - 191.8 (I know that seems like the wrong direction but it's actually 5 pounds down from my beach vacation weight!)
September 1st - 194.2
October 1st - (aiming to weigh less than last month)
November 1st - (i really want to be in the 170's!!!)
December 1st -
December 31st -
