Good Morning and Merry Christmas!

Carter I don't know if you will be around to see this. My morning has already started off crazy! I accidentally put liquid egg whites in my first cup of coffee. I must be sleepy! That's not a good start to my day. I was wondering why the coffee wasn't getting lighter from the cream. After I made the second cup, I had to brew some more. I will wake up!

Calories for yesterday: 1330 +

Weigh In: 168.8

Down: .4

This is the inherent paradox in having to MAKE coffee before you have HAD any coffee.

Good morning everyone!

A very warm and contented Christmas to all who are celebrating.
I'm not, but since everything is closed and I'm stuck at home all day anyhow, I have planned some nice cooking for tonight - I bought a rack of lamb, and some sweet potatoes to roast, and broccoli rabe. So I have an absolutely delicious and on-plan meal to look forward too ... assuming I'm not sick, I feel a little weird this morning.

A good report though - after holding at 208 for one more day, I dropped down to 207 this morning - a new low!

Im up 1.8 to 222.8 today. No worries. I only had 5 hours of sleep. If that. I did great last night at the 2 parties I went to. I had appetizers and 1 peanut butter ball for dessert. Im very proud. I know my gain is due to not enough sleep. I am confident coming into our event for today.

Merry Christmas everyone! Have a wonderful day!

I cannot be allergic to seafood. It's my absolute favorite! The weight is going down again, so I will continue to eat and enjoy my seafood

Down .2 today. Got some good sleep last night. I am so thankful to see even the smallest of drops today. That means that I did well with my eating yesterday and that is a huge accomplishment. Hopefully there will be more of a drop tomorrow. I am confident coming into this last week of the year. I don't know if I will hit it, but I only have 3 lbs to get back to my December goal. If I don't make it back there, I will have a hard time counting my goal as accomplished for the month. We shall see. It is definitely giving me motivation to do well.

So far the best gifts I received this year are my wok frying pan and the awesome cutting board and knife my sister gave me. YAYYYYYY!!!!!!!!

*shuffles in grunting with a cup of coffee*

Mornin' folks! Not a lot of check-in over the weekend - hope everyone had a great Christmas whether you were celebrating or not! Me, I had a very low-key weekend, and today I'm snowed in and working from home.

Vixsin: great job on the loss and on getting some sleep! Good rest is so important. I am bad about getting enough sleep myself. I tend to skate by on 6 hours during the week and then crash on the weekends.

Eclipse: Hang in there, you will turn it around.

Peachykeen: good loss! Keep at it.

Okay, me:

Decided not to track for Christmas eve and Christmas! It's the holidays and I wanted to enjoy every bit of it. I knew there would be a gain and was fully prepared for it. I didn't get my running in like I wanted to Soooooo I'm restarting week 5 again.

Vixsen: how did your 20 min run go?! ) I'm curious to see how the jump from 5.2 to 5.3 is.

Daily weigh in:

12-7: 251.4
12-11: 248.6
12-12: 249.8
12-13: 251.8 (no more sodas!)
12-14: 250.8
12-15: 249.6 (finished w4.d1) -1250 calories
12-16: 248.4 (1200 calories, no workout)
12-17: 247.8 (finished w4.d2 today)-1030 calories after run
12-18: 245.4 (whooooooosh)
12-19: 246.2 (ate way to late last night) - 1375
12-20: 247.0 (finished w4.d3 today)
12-21: 246.6
12-22: 245.8 (start W5.D1 today)
12-23: 244.6
12-27: 247.2 (redo W5.D1 today)

Back to tracking 100%, no sodas, and c25k! So glad the holidays are over! So glad! Ready to get back on track and get out of the 240's! It was so hard coming and posting the gain, even if it isn't completely correct. Trying to drink tons of water today to get rid of all the sodium I consumed for 2.5 days. )

Goal is to be back down to 244.4 this week

Cutie: I didn't make my 20 min run yet either. Yeah...I had to modify the transition a little. I kind of added my own extra week. I did their day 1 and day 2 and then created my own plans. My last run was Thursday and I did and interval of 10 mins, walked 5, then I ran 12mins. I'm going to the gym tomorrow and going to attempt a 15 min run, walk 5, run 10. Then on Thursday I am going to tackle the 20 min run. I am nervous but confident. It's all mind over matter with me. I had to ease myself into it a little more than c25k did. Now I'll feel a little better about the longer runs being the theme from here on out. I know that I can run for that long if I don't give my legs the option to stop. I just have to keep talking myself into it and remind myself that my body is ready to do it and really can handle it. We are ready!!!!! We can do this!!! I love that you're my partner in crime in this!

Just typing that makes me so excited to go to the gym tomorrow after work!

Hey ladies Hope you all had a great week.
I'm back in Belgium after a good few days of too much alcohol, not enough food and too many late nights
Managed to get the scrambled egg my way on Christmas day - one egg, small slice of smoked salmon, squirt of PAM. Yeeha !
Felt I was relaxed but mindful about what I ate. I realised just how much sodium there is in manufactured food, and just how not used to it I am (we really have very little manufactured food here). Feel I could be retaining about 18 gallons of water
Anyhow stepped on scale today - down 0.2 for 197.1. I'm pleased, but really slightly disappointed there was not a bigger loss. Perhaps now I'm back in my zone I can push some water and get those pounds a fallin again !
Hope everyone is well- missed you guys !!
