Whatever it is, you need to get it in check NOW. Trust me, if you don't, you're going to get on the scale one morning and be back where you were and then some.
My advice: STOP AND THINK
Think about how awful you felt at your highest weight.
Think about all the things you couldn't do, and how much energy it sapped out of you.
Think about how you couldn't even bear to look at yourself in the mirror, or go shopping for clothes.
Think about how hard it was to lose that weight, and how much harder it's going to be if you have to lose it again.
Think about how proud of yourself you were when you finally did it.
