So what with going to Mexico and then getting a stomach bug almost as soon as I got home, I hadn't been able to get to my Zumba classes very much. I made sure that I went on Saturday, though, and had a great workout. What chuffed me the MOST though, was during the cool-down stretches. You know that one where you put one hand behind your back, reaching up, and the other goes behind your head, reaching down to the other hand? I CAN ACTUALLY OVERLAP my fingers now!! Used to be they'd never even TOUCH, now I can almost link them. Holy moly.
