Me too, me too!! I lost four pounds last week and put two of them back on this week...no reason for the loss...no reason for the gain! It's maddening!!
Bouncing around is very, very frustrating. Most days I can look at it logically but other days I can not.
My current issue is that when I got down to 156.8, I mentally rounded to 155.
When I bounced up to 159.2 this morning I mentally rounded to 160. So of course I gained five pounds, right?! LOL! No, I had to take a step back and do the math. It's only about 2.5 pounds.
