I'm still shocked that tomorrow begins December!
I am still going strong. Would like to up my exercise a bit next month. We'll see how my GI system and lungs take it. 10/11 - 11/30 :) |
I'm on day 41 of being On Plan. Just checking in. I'm going for the second 30 right now.

Last day of the month was good for me! I've fluctuated up a little bit in weight due to some sodium water retention from a big meal on Sunday (but I was still under my calories). Today was great food wise, but I didn't really exercise. Tomorrow I should do some running again and hope to do 3 or 4 miles.

BTW, since some people started another 30 days on this thread, lets just keep this one going so that people don't get confused. You can start your 30 days at any point! My new 30 days will start on December 1st. I won't be able to check in for a couple of days this weekend as I'll be out of town.

I'm beginning to see an amusing pattern with my plan. I lose a pound the day AFTER weigh in :rofl: As long as the weight keeps coming off I don't care which day it falls on :) |

Day 1! December 1st :)
Twas a good day. Was under my calories and ended up running a couple of miles. The scale is still up (and has been for several days now) but its just a matter of time before my body catches back up. My goal in these 30 days is to hit 180. It would be a great Christmas present to myself! |

:) so far today. Been away for a week or so and will be hit or miss for another week. Surgery Tuesday. :(
