I'm absolutely exhausted and not feeling great.
Ate well under my calories today. I need to schedule some down time to relax. 10/11-11/22 :) |
So, I've decided to do a (slightly) higher carb but lower cal (1200) 30-day programme, based on the Carb Lovers Diet. My idea is that I'll stick with it for 30 days, then gradually eat back up to 1400 for Christmas.
Day 1: 171.2 11/17 1255.....I haven't got the book yet but decided just to go for it, and this was as near as I got. :) Day 2: 169.7 :D 1214 Day 3: 169.3 1189 Day 4: 169.1 1207 Day 5: 168.7 1195 Day 6: 167.5 :D 1195 Day 7: 167.5 |
Monday was 5 of 13. It was a good day! :)
I'm just a couple of pounds up from my lowest. Hopefully my signature file will move a little bit lower before the end of the month. |
Today was my day to measure and it was very encouraging! Since 10/5/10 I have lost the following inches:
*1.0 inch off my biceps *1.5 inches off my chest *2.0 inches off my waist *3.0 inches off my hips!! *2.0 inches off my thigh *0.5 inch off my calf Food and exercise were both good today. Marking another successful one down for me! 10/11-11/23 |

I'm almost back to being in new weight loss territory. If I stay on plan on Thanksgiving and the rest of the month I will be in new territory before December. |
Not a great day for me yesterday - lots of stress, super-busy, prepping for surgery in just over a week. I'm angry and tired and maybe feeling sorry for myself just a bit. Horribly disappointed that I wasn't able to make 169 this month. Between surgery and holidays, the best I can do is plan to maintain for December, so the next decade and healthy weight will most likely wait for the next year.

Still under my calories, but maybe a tad more than I should have had. Tomorrow I run in a 4 mile turkey trot. No exercise today as I wanted to rest for the race tomorrow morning early. I'm really tired right now and will probably bed going to be around 9 or 9:30! |
Another good day here. Turns out my son and DIL are coming for dinner tomorrow so I had to dash to get a small turkey, etc.
I will still be on plan. Turkey makes that so easy. Also got a workout in this morning. 10/11-11/24 :) |

I'm going to cut and paste this entry from my blog: Everything went right for a change. I didn’t have to worry about Thanksgiving dinner and I was able to eat perfectly healthy food that I love and was way under my calorie limit. I feel full and satisfied and really happy that I did not have a setback. :) The best news that I have is that I saw a night time weigh in number that leads me to believe that I could be into a new low weight in the morning! Nothing is definite until the morning, but if I lose my typical 4 to 5 pounds overnight than I’ll be there. This morning I ran a 4 mile race and felt strong. I could have ran much further and I made excellent time. I’m really starting to love running and feeling accomplished at this. I have to remember this feeling. I have to remember how good it feels to be doing the right thing. |
