I did great yesterday pointwise. I was still down in my back so I didn't exercise. I'm doing a 1 m watp today, hope I don't pay for it later. So far so good though.

I weighed in this morning at 197 which is yay because I'm moving down the 190s but I'm not overly enthused about it. I just haven't been eating on plan.

I've had a really stressful few days at work and haven't been able to eat my planned calories. So I've been having to eat a bunch for dinner to make up for it, and I'm just not making the best choices.

Boo me.

I busted that stupid 250 pounds that keeps coming and biting me in the butt. I get down, jump back up ABOVE 250. I wanna stay down this time!

I'm doing better and am heading down again. Down to 274.6 from over 275 a few days ago. And I am in control of my eating again. Got to keep this up.

I exercised yesterday, big mistake, my back was killing me last night. Will put it off until next Monday and see how my back is.

I do need to drink more water today.

Audrina, enjoy your success. Somewhere sometime you made some good choices that got you there.

Peachy, keeping my fingers crossed that you will stay below that 250 and get over that hump once and for all.

pinkprincess, I am sorry about your back. I've never had back problems but I have ankle problems and it sucks when you can't exercise because it causes pain. And thank you for your kind words . I am hoping you get better!

audrina, congrats on getting below 200 though!(however belated it may be). I can't wait to put a 1 in front of my weight.

I am down to 247 this week, pre-bingefest and flying retention weight. Hoping I can get down to maybe 245 by Monday, even though that's optimistic thinking. Good luck to you all!
