Wow busy place!! I haven't ever set goals for these - but this time I'm hoping to NOT gain on my 2 week beach vacation!

June loss: 11.7 pounds Big number for me, I haven't been this consistent... ever actually. Dropped a pant size, and am feeling pretty good about things Hope to continue this momentum into July!

Glad to see the familiar faces (my 3FC's family!) and some new ones! Good luck everyone on your goals!

Hi Everyone! Welcome to the new month! Let's make it a good one!

Last night we had some Oriental food. The water weight makes me nuts from the sodium. This morning I weighed the same. I did put a splash of Cranberry in my water last night. Maybe that helped? Maybe it's going to jump on me in the morning, LOL.

Calories for yesterday: 1675

Weigh In: 214.8

Stayed the same, no scale change.

I went down .6 today. I am so happy, but I am so close to onderland I just want those last few pounds to come off as fast as possible. I finally want to see a 1 before my weight.

229.0 this morning so I'm feeling like I really am in the 220's now!

I'm looking forward to another month of daily weigh-ins even though the days I have to weigh in in the evenings (cuz of work) make me a bit crazy. But learning to accept that evening weigh-ins are okay is just part of my journey I guess.

I've been jealous of all the swimming MissKely gets in. Since my ill fitting suit was 50 pounds ago I ordered one from Land's End and if we ever get summer time here I'm going to try to fit some swimming in to my week. (I have a 15% off coupon for Land's End for this month I'm not going to use if anyone wants it!)

I hope we all have a very successful month!

Ubercast, your daily weigh-ins were right below mine last month - you had an AMAZING June. What's your secret?

I bet you will be in Onederland soon!

I'm such a dork, I never went and updated my original post, and everyone else is! I actually put it on my calendar in the bedroom that I have specifically for this and tracking exercise. I also made a goal for last month - 18 pounds

Diana - last time you had oriental food you didn't see much of a gain either! Maybe the sodium isn't bothering you as much? Or if it is, maybe you just dropped that much! I see a trend!

penguin - yahoo!

Mary - darn tom, I think I am repeating myself, but thats something I feel I could repeat quite often! You'll definitely get to see those numbers next week

Vlada - Congrats on the 220's! When you work weird shifts you gotta fit the weigh in where you can, I'm more impressed you've found time! When I worked odd times I used it as an excuse NOT to weigh in, or even diet!

I will bbl to weigh in - for some reason the road workers are working on Canada Day, they are sawing into the newly made pavement (to allow for frost). But it's too early and I was up WAY too late last night. Hopefully they are almost done and can let me sleeeeeep Today is my last day off before vacation - we leave next Friday!

Aimee - Awesome loss for June! I bet you rock July.

Diana - We're on the same page today. I had some buffalo grilled chicken last night and was expecting a bump up today, but so far so good. But now I'm worried what tomorrow will bring, of course. Sneaky salt.

Mary - That is exactly why I weigh daily...seeing the daily fluxuations help me stay sane when I'm having an up day - because I know it won't last. Don't worry, you're going to have an awesome week!

Vlada - Yay for the 220's!!

June 30 - 168.8, that's actually UP .8 from June 1. I would like to be in the 150s by July 31, but as long as I don't gain again, I'll be happy.

Up .2 to 238.6....still undoing that hot mess in my body from Tue night. Im amazed how much it really affected my body.

Aimee: You're rockin'!! I was looking back in the May thread yesterday just mesmerized at how far we've all come. I was confused if the thread had altered too with GW...I actually paused about 20 secs before I typed yesterday not knowing what was up.

Vlad: WTG! You're really IN the 20's now!! Im jealous of that!! Congrats on your new suit you ordered! I have a swim buddy now...yay!!!

Penguin: Wow! WTG!!

Congrats on all losses!

I'm up .6 from yesterday to 213.6. I'm cool with that, since yesterday's weight was a whoosh - I'm still down .6 from two days ago. Plus, my arms and shoulders are really sore from yesterday's work out, so i bet I'm retaining a bit of water. Asider from all that, I also had a cruddy night's sleep and weighed in about an hour/hour and a half earlier than I usually do when I finally decided to get up. Overall, it's a decent scale day.
