You guys are great and so motivated. In a few months I plan on being as confident as you are right now. I have a July goal set and I am going to just take it one month at a time. I think at this point if each month I can set a goal and tick with it the whole month I will be well on my way to a new lifestyle.

I have BTDT too - as you can see from when I first joined 3FC. This time (and the last time) it has been 9 weeks and I honestly don't know what changed. Ijust *snapped* in some way and was DONE with being fat. This place (and in particular a few posters who inspire me and aren't afraid to give a kick in the butt when needed) are very instrumental in my success so far. I am determined and failing is not an option. I think it all boils down to attitude and a renewing of your mind! Prayer is good, but back it up with belief and the action. Doing something is a great pre-cursor to continuing to be able to do it. Thinking about it all the time and not doing is exhausting. Like NIKE says- "Just do it!"
