The above link is to a veggie recipe thread that we have here at the 100 lb club. I urge you to check it out and EXPERIMENT. Veggies are wonderful, if prepared properly. Nothing like the steamed broccoli with salt that you may be imagining.

Because once again, veggies are really a vital aspect to good eating and health. Experiment, be creative and be open. The sooner you do so, the better. I'm eating veggies now in ways I never imagined or new existed. They are multiple times better than any of the rice, potatoes or other side dishes I was eating. In fact, they're not only side dishes for me, they're MAIN dishes and SNACKS. Yes, snacks. Please, please, please give them a good try.
