I'm so excited to join you lovely ladies. I got waaay off track for a while there, I moved to a new town and everything fell apart. But then I got sick and was stuck in bed for a few days and I'm just so excited to be better that I'm taking care of myself again. And, as always, I feel better instantly. I even imagine that my clothes look better when the scale goes down a couple pounds...does anyone else have this happen to them? Who cares if it's real, it puts a bounce in my step :) Hope you're all having a good week and can keep up the good work and we'll all be out of here soon!

Why oh why -every night out comes with 1kg fluid retention which takes 3 or 4 days to get over? Frustrated!
The weather is warming up here in Sydney and we are approaching silly season. So nights out are going to be happening a whole lot more and I will go crazy. Maybe i should count my weight as the one with the fluid retention. |
189 this morning. 2000 cals yesterday and 1600 today. Not exactly my usual 1200-1400.... But at least I exercised. Hanging in there.

Well after getting back into the 190's last week, I worked hard this week and today am 185. New low coming this week and I expect to be out of these 180's before the end of October.
