Getting ready for a jog. Can anyone tell me how to convince my body to let me sleep in on the weekends? Since I have been waking up in the am to jog during the week, I wake up automatically on the weekends too. Uggghhhh, a few short years ago I would have been going to bed at 3 am, not waking up at 4:50am! |
