I took a sneaky peek at page 1 of this thread - everyone there is now either in the 170s or even the 160s!!!! I find that inspiring!

I'm kinda tired of being here, and wish I were one of the inspiring ones. It seems like forever since I lost a pound. At times like this, I try to remember that a year ago I would have given my left arm to be STUCK at 186.

How disappointing.... Still 189.2 this morning. I've reached the point where one pound feels like a whoosh....LOL...... I really thought I was fixing to see 188 today....luckily I got a good night's sleep last night and don't have a busy day planned today-- I had been burning the candle at both ends for four or five days running, so I probably had water weight on board.
