If you are not able to go to the doctor soon to get weighed (which should be free if you just walk into your regular doctors office and ask to be weighed but nothing else) then maybe you could consider a new scale?

This one is available on Amazon and the reviews are fantastic. http://www.amazon.com/EatSmart-Preci...769250&sr=1-18 It weighs up to 440lb so if you really do weigh that much, it will tell you. It only costs about $35 and offers free shipping.

It's important to only weigh on a hard, level surface with a home scale so avoid the carpet

We got a great digital at Target for less than $25.00 that weighs up to 450. (Hubby is a little over 400lbs)

Don't get discouraged, because either way, you're still losing and changing your life one day at a time!! :hugs:

Yes, try to remember that whatever you weighed, you still have LOST the same relative amount of weight, and that is GREAT! Don't get too discouraged, but I agree that going in to a health clinic or doctors office to get weighed is a great idea, to give you a number once and for all to start from. Your scale at home can still tell you how many pounds you have lost, just subtract them from the doctors scale number.
