Default Off Plan

Lots of things going on in my life right now so I haven't been around 3FC in a few days. My sister got married on Monday, and I started an internship on Tuesday. I have been busy with my boyfriend too. I got off plan on Monday. It was planned getting off. Our families enjoyed a meal with my sister and new brother in law. That one meal off plan lead to another day off plan. I was 196 on May 10th.

Today I weighed in at 198. So, I am stopping this right now and getting back on plan. I am going to visit this site every day.

I thought I would have some support, but that's okay. I have been back on plan for a few days now. It feels good.

Now I just have to get myself exercising again. I think I learned my lesson from this slip up. I took a planned meal and turned it into eat anything I want week.

sorry asherdoodles, sometimes a post just slips down and doesn't get noticed.

Great job getting back on plan - it took me almost a month to really get back on track (and then a while longer to lose what I had put on) so great job getting back so quickly!!!! Are you back to your low yet?

Sometimes life doesn't lend itself to being on plan, as long as you catch it you'll be fine. Here's to dropping those two new pounds and a couple dozen friends, too!
