Today I am thankful for

~ the furnace that is working away today
~ that even though I couldn't make it all the way through, that I got up early and did an exercise video
~ a hubby that is always so supportive
~ my beautiful children
~ the gorgeous hanging baskets I got from hubby and the kids yesterday (I love Fuchsias )

- the goldfinches at the feeder - so pretty those yellow birds

Today I am thankful for:

~ sneaking in some weights yesterday (while hubby was working in the basement I needed to talk to him.. so I plopped my fat but on the home gym )

~ making a yummy Mexican meal last night from recipes in the Biggest Loser Family Cookbook.. and my kids actually ate it and it was under 500 calories!

~ my wonderful hubby who weeded out the flower bed last night

~ having 4 beautiful healthy happy children

~ and for forcing myself to stay up and exercise when hubby went to work when I just wanted to go back to bed!

+ we were safe from all the bad weather yesterday
+ more than enough
+ I cooked dinner last night (crack slaw, yum)
+ a good nights sleep
+ I am still in the 200-teens (vs going up further)

- my health - a friend is very ill out West
- sunshine when cloud was predicted
- my dogs who are in great health and behaved beautifully at the vet yesterday

- finding my passport and American money

- the ability to do most of the step aerobics class
- the refrigerator and microwave at work that makes a good lunch possible

Today I have so much to be thankful for!

~ my beautiful little boy is a year old today!!
~ I'm so thankful that we have good medical training in this country, and that the nurses realized something wasn't right with me quickly after he was born (I was hemmoraging They caught it and I was better within an hour).
~ I have a wonderful, hard working husband who does everything he can so I can stay home and see every one of his firsts (I haven't missed a one!)
~ His 2 brothers and his sister are just as in love with him as hubby and myself are!
~ I'm also very greatful for my other children who are happy and healthy, my hubby who is a great daddy and husband.

BJ opened his eyes and wiggled his toes yesterday
my butt fit in a high top chair yesterday (the chairs used 2 B very uncomfortable)
hiking my butt up into the high top chair wasn't a major athletic event
dh (he is the BEST)!

+ having a roof over my head with all of these terrible rain storms
+ Service Master coming today to clean up the water in the basement
+ dh FINALLY is getting the gutter fixed!

- The highest number my weight range has seen in May is 198. Could I really never see 200 again?
- I am looking forward to my exercise class tonight - a miracle!
