I am sore today! I had an awesome day yesterday.
Asher, I'm trying C25K too. I ran a full mile Thursday, then yesterday started in on week four of the program. Even though I can run a mile (with difficulty) it was still difficult running week four! Then I did legs with my personal trainer, which was just plain dumb. He didn't have to make me do much to absolutely kill me. Then I did yoga.
Yoga was good. My legs hurt today. But, I lost .4 ounces which I figure is pretty darn good considering I'm probably retaining some water today.
Cathy, I hope dessert was good! LOL! That sounds like one heck of a treat!
Mom23, what were you doing prior to calorie counting? I do something similar to what you're trying. I don't journal either. I eat 200 calories at each of six meals throughout the day. All I ever have to count up to is 200.
Katmarie, congratulations! That's a fabulous first weeks loss! My dearest friend weighs about what you do and she just started a liquid diet of only 800 calories. She only lost three pounds the first week.
I feel for her. I think she's taking a tough route.
