I've been feeling kind of discouraged the last week or so, because my weight has been oscillating between 257 and 260 for the last few weeks. That little voice that says it isn't worth it has been popping up more frequently, as much as I tell it that if I stick with it, I'll get there eventually.
However, today I took my measurements, and I've lost 3 inches off my waist and 2 off my bust and hips!
I kept pulling the tape around, afraid I'd made a mistake. In fact I went down in every category except for my neck, which was the same, and my calf, which was actually a little larger. (Is it possible this is from exercising, or should I be concerned? )
I thought my clothes were feeling looser, but I didn't realize I'd shrunk as much as I did... I guess that's the downside to stretchy clothing - you don't notice as much going up, but then you also don't notice as much coming down.
