I started doing CALP, on Monday...after a few OP (stall frustration) days that got me up to 205.
Now I am eating 200 calories more, and the weight is finally coming off...
This is so cool...more food, no cravings, and...Onderland at last !
Lynn that is short for Carbohydrate Addict's Lifetime Program...not extremely low carb, I'm even having grains, fruit, and dessert in a planned way.It is great if you are insulin resistant like me.

Ah, terrific! That is what is finally working for me except I'm going more the South Beach route. IR sucks! LOL! But I will not stall out without a fight!
