I will stay on plan today because I finlly am feeling the energy and happiness I had back in 2008... the last time I was in the two-teens. I don't ever want to see the 220's again!

I'll stay OP today because that is who I am now... If it is week day I am OP. It's automatic now... It is how my life is... It is just another week day and they are ALL OP.

Because I've made great progress...amazing progress, really...and staying on plan demonstrates that I cherish my hard work and achievements. :)
