Because I'm in between clothing sizes again. DH bought me some jeans in the next size down today and although I can fasten them, they feel too tight to wear yet. I want to be able to wear those jeans soon.

I will stay on plan today because I want to get so far below 200 that I never see it again, even on a constipated extra water holding day!

Because I've managed to stay on plan even though work is VERY busy and kids are doing lots of after school spring stuff.

You know you're dedicated when you pick up one kid, drop him, work out for the first 30 mins (weights), pick up the second kid, work out second 30 mins (cardio), feed family, and go to evening school activity. :rofl:

Sometimes it's a bit much, though.
