because i don't want to undue all the good i've done so far.

Because I feel great having done something good for myself. Eating well and moving is good for me and I love it!

Because I want to make a living in music and the only way to do so is to be the entire package, plus.. I am far too young to give up on myself :)

because yesterday was so good....I really want to carry on.

Because today I saw some beautiful dresses in a store and I really, really want to be able to wear something like that... OMG, how much more feminine I would feel.

I am determined to reach my goal by May!

I will stay on plan today because I want to have a good weigh-in a post a loss (no matter how small) on Sunday!

So I can come here Monday and brag how I stayed on plan during the hardest time of the week (weekends hubby wants to eat out...putting a halt on that...)!

Because my mom has been fighting for her life and three days after chemo is walking in a relay for life... I need to fight for my life as well.

because I am so, so close to my next mini goal.
