Dana, I'm LOVING the yoga... Warning though, before it gets better it gets worse, as far as the flexibility, in the beginning, the more you stretch, the more you set yourself up for stiffness everytime you sit still...lol

I've been doing the 8 minute workout tapes, Abs, Arms and Stretch, three of them, so I'm really doing the 24 minute workout! I've done them everyday for a week. I've just ordered the 8 minute legs and 8 minute buns as well as the Total Mix workout. Hopefully I'll get those and just add to my current workout.

I did one mile yesterday as well as one today for a total of 5 miles this month. On a roll, and hope to keep it up. I have to reach my 100 pound goal by the end of the year. (well I dont HAVE too but I want too!!)

Several "new" steps for me this week. Today I did water workout and went out for a good size walk this evening. Don't ususally do two in one day. So far, it's water workouts -two and longer walks - three.-

okay, so I gave myself shin splints with that run - found out from my sister I was running all wrong *sigh* so I couldn't run or walk or anything yesterday (doc's instructions). But I did do sit ups and couch lifts (a way to stretch the shin splints) and a few other floor things.

another mile today!
I am a walking fool! Well not really, but I am proud of myself for doing atleast one mile today. Total of six for the month.
Maybe I will set a goal of 30 for the month. One a day is all it will take.
Beth Anne-ooh shin splints! sounds painful. take care of yourself and dont over-do it!
It's great to see all of us doing something-maybe its do to the time of year. Here it has been getting a little nicer outside. (read-not killer humidity)

Walked again today. Lengthening distance all the time (of course, not up to some of you but for me real good). Better weather helps but can't wait till it's a bit brisk. I'm sure I'll walk lots then.
