Well now you just have more reason to get active, eat right and stay that way.

I find my blood pressure to be a more motivating factor than anything else!! I get a kick out of watching my BP go down and it does so in a much more linear fashion than weight loss. When the scale is not my friend, I can still count on my blood pressure going down, IF I am on plan and exercising.
Try keeping track of your BP the same way you keep track of weight. I like to get a read on mine monthly.
