Well now you just have more reason to get active, eat right and stay that way. I find my blood pressure to be a more motivating factor than anything else!! I get a kick out of watching my BP go down and it does so in a much more linear fashion than weight loss. When the scale is not my friend, I can still count on my blood pressure going down, IF I am on plan and exercising.

Try keeping track of your BP the same way you keep track of weight. I like to get a read on mine monthly.

Thanks Eliana I know what you are saying samething my doc told me she said that if I want to get off the meds I have to make a change. I had told her that I had decided that a few days before I was getting back into to It. I had started feeling bad like I did before I lost the weight. I dont want to feel like that again so I am back so far today eating has went well. Still Under the calorie Range.enough calories left for a snack to night. Water I got down 32 oz so far and I will be tackling exercise in the am. I even gave up the 2 and 1/2 hour nap I have been doing on a daily bases. got to get back into a good routine . Glad everyone is here to help.. The motivation here is great..Thanks everyone.

Bonnie, that's great! And I see you are still in two-derland despite the tough times. Little by little we all get there. It's really nice to have you back!

Thanks Ubergirl I am glad to be back everyone here is soo awsome. Have to follow the dr orders so I am on my way done with my food today and still had 200 calories to spare... Yeepie
