I am thankful for--

- My fabulous body which deserves all the love and support I can muster for having lived with me all these years

- People who stand up for what they believe despite huge opposition (assuming they have info and facts to back it up)

- My mind as I try to figure out how to move forward ... I am thankful for its willingness to share the task with my heart

- Coffee (!)

- Reaching out and having some people reach back, it warms my heart

It's 6:30 pm and I am grateful to be home sweet home after being out of town for ten days (with one night back home in the middle.

I am grateful that I don't have to travel anywhere for a while!!

- a healthy food day yesterday - I am grateful.

- being home sweet home. I loved sleeping in my own bed and sitting here is my own lazyboy chair

- a day with no huge oblgations away from home... I have lot's to do here.

- spending time with my family..especilly my grandson

- friends, family, this site, cell phone, internet

- I stayed in my calorie range yesterday - I am grateful

- caught up on things yesterday

- my niece (17) gave my sil a surprise birthday party yesterday...it was so sweet. I wish I could have been there!

- Aunt Mackie is doing very well after her cancer surgery. She's had little pain - which is wonderful

- friends, family, this site, internet, cell phone
