Well, today the scale was evil. 200.4. I wish I hadn't weighed in. Oh well, I am not too bummed because I KNOW that I have been 110% ON PLAN with a vengeance! I started the C25K this week, so maybe it's a little retention. I feel smaller than I did 5 days ago. You won't get to me, scale! I own you!!

Still at 206...ugh.

I measured myself for the first time though on Friday, so I'm going to start doing that on a weekly basis and see where I stand. I put on a pair of jeans fresh from the dryer that I usually would have to stretch a bit till they fit, and they were so loose I had to keep pulling them up.

So I know I'm making progress....the number on the scale just doesn't agree with me.

I just gotten home from a 10 hour car trip. My legs are swollen so I think that I will skip weighing in the morning. Do you think that it is bad to wait a couple of days?

OK, this morning when I got up the edema did not seemed too bad so I weighed - 200! I am real excited! Let the edema go down and I should see 199!!!

Time2lose, you're almost there! I'm sure another couple of days and Onederland will be yours!

I had a sneaky peek at the scales this morning and saw 201lbs which made me really happy. I don't think I can do another 1.5lbs by my official weigh in on Friday, but staying on plan and crossing everything.

Thanks, BeachBreeze! The 200.2 is probably TOM or water. Maybe not weigh for a couple of days? I think that when I hit 199 I will take a week off of weighing!

Wow I love this thread. I never saw it though!

I was at 206.2 on Thursday, but my friend was having a massive crisis, and I started my period and went off plan really bad. I ended up tracking my food, and it wasn't as bad as I thought. But, this morning I was 208.0. =[

I don't think I can get to onederland by the end of March, but I do think I can be darn close!!

You should see them... I refuse to do anything to them until I get to my 10%, partly to motivate me to get there, and partly because the waxer gets mad and always says "you tried to pluck them again didn't you" lol.

199.8 - Moving in the right direction. This number is vaguely familiar. I have already called Onederland, so it's a bit anti-climactic. Oh well, let's just hope for no more upward bounces. I still think TOM, so maybe a real whoosh is coming!?
