Where did the time go??Okay, how are we doing? Do we need to revise some goals? I know I am not doing as well as I'd like especially as I'll have a TOM coming up and I retain water like mad and never lose weight that week. It is sad when you can only figure on losing weight 3 out of 4 weeks
Revising my goal would probably be the smart thing to do but I think I need to give myself a serious kick in the rear and focus on my challenge. I can do it!!
