I also recommend taking your measurements. The scale refused to move for me for almost all of January. I took my measurements and discovered I had lost 1.5 inches from EACH thigh!.

That was enough to keep me moving until the scale started cooperating again at the beginning of February.

I can see it at 13 pounds in little places, but I don't think other people notice until around 30 pounds. I know when you work so hard you want to see results. I think the ideas of taking measurements and photos are really helpful pointers.
