1. Another smoke free day.

2. A pantry groaning with end of month grocery shopping.

3. A day with my best friend.

4. A beautiful home.

5. Having exactly the strength I need.

- a sane day with food yesterday - I am grateful

- yesterday I saw my college roomates from the dorm freshman year in college - it was wonderful

- my sister is making progress little bits at a time after her surgery

- my sister's laptop - being able to check my email away from home

- frienads, family, this site, internet, facebook, cell phone
