Very Thankfurl today!!!
 

1. the weather is nice... it's cold for Memphis, but no snow or ice today!
2. 6am phone calls from my man, just to hear my voice!:o
3. Eating was good today at work, only snacked on FRUIT!!! (go me)
4. thankful I have such an amazing mom, we're going shopping tonite, we will have a blast!!
5. 3FC and all the motivation I receive from this site!!! it rocks!! :hug:

Seeing a brand new day, one I have never seen boefore, nor will I see again

another good day with food - I am so grateful

- my program went well yesterday morning - I appreciated Lee's help.

- I got a handmade Valentine from GS = so sweet. It's on the fridge, of course.

1. I am grateful that it is Friday! Love my weekends.
2. I am thankful that I can take care of my health. I am having my wisdom teeth out this morning.
3. I am grateful that my son has chosen to pursue his dreams rather than staying with what's familiar and comfortable.

- DH - who's been my Valentine for 33 years.

- My special seniors - Mom, Rachel and Aunt Mackie, have weathered the terrible snows of late.

Today I am thankful for....

:val1: It is snowing and I am able to stay inside

:val1: My very best valentine's John and Bessie!

1- My father who I know that I will lose one day. He is seeing a specialist about a spot on his lung tomorrow and I am afraid that I will lose him sooner rather than later.
2- The comfort of knowing that even if I lose him soon, I will see him one day in heaven.
3 - My mother - I know that I have had my parents longer than most people.
4 - My children
5 - My grandchildren

I am grateful for all the people in my life and I will continue on this healthy living journey so that I can be an active part of their lives as long as possible.
